We own ancestral property which has a very old house(200 years old)
We own ancestral property which has a very old house(200 years old) and some land in Udupi, Karnataka. Total area is around 13 cents.
We discovered that the property is Agricultural land and not Residential land even though it has residence.
We want to convert now that to Residential land as we are not able to upkeep the property and would like to sell it.
Question:
