What is the process to ride/use inter state registered vehicles in Bangalore ?

Hi, I am moving to Bangalore next week and want to get my bike (Registered in Hyderabad) with me for commute purposes. I want to know what is the standard / official process that I need to follow so that I wont be in trouble or get fined by local police. Do I need to fill any papers and submit to local RTO / pay any tax ?
