WHAT IS THE RIGHT AGE TO JOIN A KID TO LKG FOR STATE SYLLABUS, MY SON IS 2.6 YEARS CAN HE BE ABLE TO JOIN THIS JUNE SESSION LKG CLASS . PLEASE REPLY IMMEDIATELY
According to the latest rules, a child must have attained the age of 5 years before 31st of May of the year concerned, to be eligible to be admitted to the first standard. Given that Kindergarten starts 2 years before the first standard, I would assume that your son has to be 3 years old, before being admitted to LKG. If you admit him before that, then he will still have to wait as he will be under-aged, when he finishes LKG and UKG. I would advise you not to be so competitive or anxious. Please allow your child to grow naturally instead of forcing him into a structured learning system when he is too young.
