When i was serving in INDIAN NAVY, I had made my driving licence from vasco,GOA. At present i am residing at Bhubaneswar, Odisha and the licence required to be renewed.I want to get NOC on line from Goa, and intend to make licence in Odisha. Kindly let me know the procedure to renew my licence at the earliest.
