Yesterday, 19th August 2013. I wanted to take a auto rickshaw from Nandidurga Road, in front of State Bank of Mysore to Masque Road, Frazer Town. I request 2 auto rickshaws, they refused to take me. One man demanded Rs. 70/- to drop me at Masque Road, I said, I do not want to go in his rickshaw, then he started abusing me with filthy language for nearly 5 minutes, and he did not stop talking. I was completely traumatized, and decided to take down his Auto rickshaw registration number and complain about this. When I started writing down his number, he again started shouting at me with really respectful language, what you can do writing down my number. I am really sad about this incident and want to complain. Please help me how to go about it. The vehicle number is KA02 8983.
