Respected Raghu Sir, Jai Hind. Just now i had a chance to watch you on Kutch Samachar. Had almost lost faith in Indian System before a few minutes after what myself, my family and other residents of Lotus Colony, Bhuj are facing. But after watching you a ray of hope has enlightened my heart. Proud to have an Indian like you. We the residents of Lotus colony are in a great trouble created by around 35 Hospitals which have been working in illegal manner in an around 6 mts. lanes. The latest hospital built next to our house is of Dr. Nirmala Sharma who has falsely obtained the permission from BHADA with a bribe of around 15 Lakhs given to BHADA CEO and other officers. The lane on which she has built a huge gynecological hospital is of only 6 mts. on which any such construction is not permit able. She has also violated mostly all other construction laws. Our fight against this began around 10th November,2010 and a case against her in the collect-orate. But till today nothing has been done despite of our continuous visits. We had even applied in BHADA for the copies of the completion and other such papers which were denied to us on the ground that they cannot be given to you without the doctors permission, so before 2 days we have applied for them under RTI. The most shocking thing experienced by us was that though we have kept on visiting again and again asking for justice to collector till to date no proceedings have been made. Each time we go we have to return empty handed. This is just because the doctor has spent lakhs of rupees they are not ready to take steps against her. The hospitals around us has left our lives in total mess because of the vehicles parked, buzzing horns, patients vomiting and urinating, throwing garbages and what not? Many a times human fetuses are found in our area, which today too has been covered by local news channels. Dear Mr.Raghu, I recently purchased a flat in Arekere in Tirumala Elite, the flat which I bought belongs to landowner share. My superbuiltup area is 1366 and undivided land 344.91 where as similar flat like mine in 3rd floor which belongs to builder has given 391.91 sqft undivided land. The Katha transfer and association formation is still not happened. The land owner who is also the contractor for the apartment is building 4 flats on the terrace which he is calling it as pent house. The problem of undivided land is there for all the flat owners purchased from land owner which are about 13 flats. He is influential guy and threatens most of the time to flat owners. This is problem with both builder and land owner, they assosciation is still not formed and lifts are still not done because of the civil work on the penthouse. we have already got the registration done,though in some sale deed they have written as 28 flats, few (13 flats ) does not have this clause for whom the undivided land is mentioned. I can share the sale deed, now what are the chances of getting that extra 50.1 sqft of mine, I paid real huge amount and as you know though being educated was not aware of this legalities until bought the flat. Same is the case with all 13 flats, please let me know what would be the approach, do we need to send legal notice through lawyers, what are the chances. All are working class people hence may not be able to spend good and quality time for court cases for ages. Hence please suggest some remedy. Regards,
