Arrear claims not received till date (28.03.11)
My Wife service in Education Department as Primery Assistant Teacher in mainpuri Distt. Joining date 12.02.2009 but arrear are not received from 12.02.2009 to 31.01.10. becouse accounts cleark want bribe 10% of arrears. sir please tell me. what to do.
