A demon Doctor
I went directly to the Director of the Institute and informed that there were difficulties in getting cheque for supplies made.
He promptly called up the concerned official and made him bring the cheque to me. The same official had made us run around and demanded bribe to release the cheque. The Director has acted true to his title.
