First Time no Bribe in Pune

I went to passport Office for Query on renewal of Passport

Iam so happy that there was a gentle man in passport office who explained me every thing with out a bribe even though I had to stand in a long queue for 3 hrs.

These days even to get the queries solved bribe need to be paid
