Helped me with status of my passport file
I dont remember the name of the officer but he helped me tracked my file when the official dedicated to do so didnt. He was apparently senior of the official who receives passport requests from passport office and send files to police station for verification. In my case all 13 files of that date were misplaced somehow and nobody seemed to care until this senior guy meddled in and commanded official to take immediate action.
