House transfer papers received from Govt Agency (no bribe needed)
As part of selling my house in Thane, the agent told us that we would need to get the originals from the govt agency (pending registration), Rs 3000 was the agent's fees to "get it sorted" . We said we would do it ourselves and an autorickshaw ride later reached the office (dont remember what its called), the clerk asked us who's house it was and then gave us the document after verification. No bribe was requested.
