I needed to get back my Bike from coimbatore region
I moved to coimbatore from Hyderabad last year. After taking all painful steps in Hyderabad to get clearence for my bike transfer, i applied for TN registration at coimbatore motor vehicles dept. Despite submitting all necessary documents, my new registration did not happen. After a long i got one letter from coimbatore office asking for genuiness of my RC from Hyd office. That letter did not require any action from me. So i waited further for my new RC. A time came after 1.3 yrs of my stay in coimbatore, that i had to resign my job under some severe professional conditions. Since transfer of my vehicle registration did not take place yet, i requested for return of those documents. But the officials misplaced my documents and made me make rounds. I was under severe personal crisis and depression and this situation in that govt dept twisted my head and body to un berable extent. I lost hope in getting my documents back. I was not able to transport my vehicle, coz i didn't have RC or any original papers given by Hyd office. At one point, i decided to leave my new bike at coimbatore and leave the city out of frustration. As a last hope, i asked that official if he expected any bribe to escalate my work. And i found that he was genuinely searching for my missing documents and made full efforts to get them back before i left the city. After a number of trips to his office, one day i got my documents back. I made few more rounds to police station for clearence of my vehicle and that's it. As a token of appreciation for his effort, i took a box of sweets to that officer.
