I Never Paid Bribe

I am 42 years old. people may be astonished to know that till date I have not paid a bribe. I am not a buissnessman and do not require to interact with government most of the time, but I have not paid any bribe for the following activities involving the Police.
1. Passport verification.
2. Police Verification for employment abroad.
3. Driving *******
