I was not wearing helmet and not having state permission for vehicle as I am student and brought bike from home for a year
As a student, I found paying 2500 for vehicle permission very high for a year and I can manage without paying that. Officer name I forgot, stopped me and grilled and convinced me to possess helmet and permission. though 2500 being to high today I have helmet but no permission.
