No bribe sfor registering my marriage
I always assumed that for any Govt authorized letter or document I would have to pay some "chai paani". But it was a different experience altogether when I visited my neighborhood Municipal office for gettign my marriage registered. Though I had to take leave for a day and go get signatures of friends staying in my neighborhood endorsing our marriage, it was a pretty smooth affair.
