No Short cuts
Couple of times I have visited Yeshwantpur, Rajaji Nagar RTO offices, for various transactions. But never did I have to pay any bribes. I just followed instructions on the board, as well as took the help of help desk, had enough patience to run around. I feel we (the customers) are half responsible for the corruption. THere are cases, where we find ourselves in helpless situation, but many times we can do without bribes. Many times we induce them for the early completion of work, or for the deficiency. WE expect every body to be hosnest except self.
