I proposed PMC to allow a land of 20,000 sq ft of a corporatin school ground (1/4th of playground) to constrauct skating rink in Aundh which is a prime area in Pune , which in day time will be used for corp school students to learn skating (free coach at weekends by our coach) during day time and allow my coach to train for skating in the evening hours for other students on paid basis !
I directly approached the highest authority , seeking his appointment tested a lot of patience but convinced him and then entire board of the corporation and got the land sanctioned for skating rink without paying a single penny !!!
I think all it takes is your deter to say NO and approach !
The private sector too charge the same in the name of service charges which we pay as its billed so the bribe in case to continue should be made official and be taxed .
