Parking in No Parking Zone
I parked in no Parking Zone, in front of Fair Optics, Aundh, Pune. In 5 mins, two police men came and placed a lock on my car. I came running over. Policemen (khakhi clothing, no name plate) told me I could complete my work of buying stamp paper and then discuss with them. When I came back, they told me the fine with Bill was Rs 300/-. If I wanted to reduce the money, I could without bill. I told, I had done a violation and my papers are clear, I am ok to paying the required violation fines.
They took Rs 200/- (since, it was a first time violation), and gave me a proper bill of the same.
Inspectors were quite courteous and explained the receipt etc.
