Passport Renewal - Goa Passport Office
I recently renenwed my passport and also my mother's passport in Goa and was very pleased with the system.
All forms were filled online and appointments were scheduled as per availability online itself. The representatives while checking the documents were efficient and very much on time.
At no point did we feel harassed nor did any individual even make a suggestion of delays.
Though I believe in this case the document processing and the systems have been offshored to TCS, not sure though.
Just believe that all Government offices should be maintained in a similar manner.
