Pleasant Experience
I work here in a private multinational company and have been here only for about 2 years. Consequently, I didn't have any current residential address proof which is one of the mandatory documents(an affidavit for the same is also permissible) for Transfer of ownership of a second hand vehicle bought by me. Given my bad experience with RTO babus in past, i approached the agents. They quoted figures like 1300-1500! I decided to get it done by myself. It was a pleasant surprise for me as i got it done with just the required fees of 30(form 29,30), an affidavit and permanent address proof. The updated RC book was at my house in less than a week!
