Professional traffic cops
I was stopped for speeding on the outer ring road in Bangalore. I had to pay a fine on INR 300. The inspector politely took the money, whipped out his black berry, keyed in all details and gave me a receipt for the money. He even explained that all things were wireless now! I didn't have to pay a bribe. There was no ill feeling and the good part was I learnt my lesson.
I was again pulled over for jumping a traffic light. I paid INR 100 and the cop wrote out a receipt for me even though I had not asked for it. It was a good experience and I've not jumped a red light after that!
