Sanitary Inspector demanding a bribe for a Birth Certificate
*********, Sanitary Inspector Zone XIII, Chennai Corporation, has demanded a bribe of Rs 5,000 from me to issue my daughter a birth certificate. My daughter is 9 days old and needs her birth certificate urgently for the issuance of a passport. Shameful and a disgrace. Sanitary Inspector ********** is just 24 years old and if this is the way he has started off his career then I wonder what the future holds if this guy continues in service.
