%0.5 bribe of value of property for registration

• Land Registration
• Paid INR 30,000

Today i have gone to registration of my property at KALKA , HARYANA
They have denied to do task directly and one of agent asked %0.5 bribe of value of property.

Then i have to pay said amount to one of agent and whole task taken not more than hour.
Alas I don't have proof to prove above story but feeling very sad about to pay bribe from my hard earned money.
