Well... My Birth Ceritificate was issued on the next day of my birth. So, it was without my name. When I try to get it corrected recently, I was made to come back again and again for two weeks. Now I am being asked to pay more than Rs. 5000.
The bribe is being asked by the commissioner not some low level staff which makes this all the more ugly.
I wonder if these people join the government just to make money like this.
