A banking officials wanted to take a bribe

I was accepting a loan from HSBC Bank. I was ready to full-feel all the criteria of the policy of that bank to grab a 5 lac INR loan. But an officer asked me to pay some extra rupees for having the loan. I was trying to convene him. But he just simply avoided me to pass the loan.
