For the admission of polytechnic in uttarakhand, i had given bribe of rs.25000 to ********** **********. he had given me statement that my admission will be successful. but after taking bribe, he told me that you live in UP and need location certificate of uttarakhand. he had taken the responsibility of giving me the location certificate of uttarakhand
(but now i did not get the admission in polytechnic)
