Advocates are acting as mediators for sub registrars and in my case my advocate literally threatened me that my property will not be registered if i don't give cash(25000) in advocates hand. The advocate who was so soft throughout the process before the property purchase, all of a sudden turned like a villain and was so greedy that he blocked my way to ********** sub registrar and cautioned the sub registrar against me for not getting the bribe. I surely tell you there is no process to check advocates arrogancy and their income source. They are the real villains everywhere.
