Hi,
I bought my first home in ahmedabad builder has communicated to us much in advance that i have to be ready for 7,000/- rs which is the rate going on for an agreement worth 25L. :-) I was really tired with the entire process and was impacting my job as well. i gave BRIBE though i am very much against of it but i was left without any choice...
I wish i dont experience in my second home *******
