21st Aug. I along with my father went to **********-Registrar Office as i Wanted to attest my Certificates I wanted it for counselling.There was much queue..and we thought that it would take 2 Hrs for us.Then there came a man,he used to sit in front of the office with a typewritting machine.He enquired us then we told that we wanted an attestation.The man went through my certificates and he said that the one with photo costs 30/- and the one without costs 20/- so our total came to 430/-.My father pleaded with him to decrease the amount then we landed to 250/-...the man went with my certificates and was back within 10minutes..We were surprised as there was much queue then how did he go and came back so early???all my certificates were attested.We paid the amount and came back. I was depressed becoz in this country even for studies a bribe is needed..see i didnt even see the face of the the Sub-Registrar but i got the attestation from him....this is the bribe that i paid...
