Another bad experience with POLICE

Hi, this is a student from mumbai area.
I had applied for a Passport and as a procedural part of it; a police constable is sent to resident of applicant to verify the background & all.
But I experienced that police called mi up and asked to bring my 2 neighbours for my verification.
At the police station I was openly asked to pay 200 to complete the process & otherwise refused to accept my documents.
Also the authority at police station was speaking very in-decently with other ladies came there for passport verification.
All the police are just dogs, waiting for bribe n brides.
