I was young and unconcerned about what happens in India. It wasn't a regular day in my life, like it is today. I know that the Chaprasi need 50 bucks for Saluting, A File man needs 100 bucks to pick up and forward my company file to the Bade Sahib and Bade Sahib need atleast 500 bucks to even listen to Me.
These Idiots are happy spending there 10 hrs a Day in those Shedy Tent like Government Building with Smell of these Urine spreading all over, but who cares when Money comes from all sides. It's so Casual to take Bribe so easily in front of everyone. Every single person knows that an amount is Set for each particular Job. I pay Rs.500 for get a Small Form from here whose actual Value is just Rs.10.00.
First Pay them for Getting the Form then once the form is filled. Come to their Department and Deposit the form and then again pay them to get the form deposited.
