In Lucknow, I gave my written test for a driver's license. It was a multiple choice test, with a laminated question paper. On the question paper, however, the answers were already marked. And since the paper was laminated, they could not even be removed.

I must have aced the test. When we went to collect the license, we had to pay a bribe of 500 just to get it.
