A leading apartment/ real estate developer who owns a mall near the KSRTC Satellite Bus stand on the Bangalore Mysore road, in Bangalore, is asking for is asking Rs 10000/- to hand over the Apartment Khata, in addition to the Khata fee. He has made it clear that no receipt will be given for RS 10000/-. Pl. advise. He is in the process of opening an enginnering college in the city too.
