To get a passport I approached the SP Office, Balaghat but the person was not ready to accept the form even I asked him to collect it, no worries if it gets rejected. Later, I had no other option to go thru an agent there & paid 2500/- processing fees to him. I get a verification call from Police station & had to pay 1000/- bribe to them to finish the verification.
