Area SDO abused and his assistants ask for money before giving a connection

Connection was asked for aliganj area. Application was given long back but no one came for the connection. When we reached SDO office in vikasnagar Mr. Sanjeev Mishra abused and mistreated us. His assistants clearly asked for money before actually coming to our place to give new connection. On protesting they said nothing will be done for us in future if we don't pay now. They even tried to extract more money from us. But when rejected they kind of threatened by saying that no connection issues wud be solved for us.
