16 Januray 2018, Bhainsa Municipality ,Officer Name:: Sudarshan Revenue Inspector and Commissioner of Muncipality.

I have filed an Application for providing me a copy of Assessment Register and ownership. for which, Sudarshan Revenue Inspector demanded 1500 I paid Him. Despite paying said amount of 1500.00, He came up with New Reason stating to me that Vice Chairman,Jabil Ahmed of Mazlis Party had directed him not to give a copy of assessment register and ownership unless I pay all dues Rs. 18,300.00(Water TAp No.539) of 4 former owners of House bearing Number ::1-3-84 Panjasha Gally,Bhainsa.

When i have investigated, No water Tap for last 26 years as house is dismantled and also a clause to said effect is incorporated in Sale deed.
