Today in morning I paid 100 rs as bribe to lady police in HAL station for passport verification.At the end of process I aksed is there any fess to be paid. She said yes and sI paid 100 rs. and was expecting receipt. I cam eto know that it was bribe and there is no receipt..... I feel fooled and cheated .....
