I Subhashish Bhattcharya PAN NO AGXPB2350F today harassed by INCOME TAX OFFICE (WARD NO2 ) BERHAMPORE,MURSHIDABAD WEST BENGAL I have earlier submitted ITR form no 1(on 28/07/2014) but afterward I know that I have to submitted form no ITR2 so I asked my higher authority to issue me another FORM 16 and submitted the ITR2 form on17/09/2014. Both the form was prepared by my self so it is quite possible have some mistakte.AS I am an Assistant Teacher of BEHARIA HIGH SCHOOL (vill+p.oBeharia P.S HARIHARPARA DIST MURSHIDABAD WEST BENGAL PIN742175) Iam not familiar with the rules ®ulation of INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT. But today(23/12/2014) around 2 p.m when I was at school a call coming from phone no +919474708579 to visit INCOME TAX OFFICE (WARD NO 2) BERHAMPORE, MURSHIDABAD WEST BENGAL immediately so I leave the school immediately & reach the office near about 5 p.m after reaching the ofiice(WARD NO 2 , INCOME TAX OFFICE, BERHAMPORE, MURSHIDABAD WEST BENGAL) 3(three) men presnt there has started to harass me &asked for BRIBE. After this harassment I am totally become frustrated and comeback to home.They have tormented me they will take legal action against me .I am a school teacher not a criminal I can make mistake to fill up the ITR FORMS but should not be treated as a criminal. Please help me &common men like me from this corrupt Govt Officials
