All the rickshaws are carrying more ppl comared to 3 as allowed
plus the meter share from Thane stn to kalwa naka is 19rs,
which should be divided by the pasangers,
but each pasanger has to pay 12 rs,
that makes 48 from all 4 passangers total.
Which is against the laws
Auto union wala have bribed and made the charges hike in autos
