Hello friends, I had been toYeshwanthpur *******( A damn corrupt place) for getting a duplicate driving license,*******after getting all the formalities done, i approached to the respected counter, and this was a shock, even without seeing all my documents he started telling out some silly shortcomings, as he opened my file. Whatever he said was all there in my file but he was not ready to listen and started to shout. Finally he forwarded me to Mr. *******`s yeshwanthpur chamber near his table. Then there also he didn't listened my voice(after paying 20 RS to the door attender who let me in early into the office). I had wasted around 3 days just roaming from one table to another but nothing happened, even though ,y file was complete. Finally i went back to that person and then i said "OK SIR AAP KUCH MANAGE KAR LIJIYE NA" within a fraction of second his tone changed, he ws like "1000 Rs hota hai", finally after negotiations in bribe we ended up at 600Rs, and ya my file was passed quickly.
