Babus in LDA Lucknow take money to move files

I was alloted a plot in ********** Nagar Extention Scheme in Lucknow by Lucknow Development Authority. During time of registration, I went to LDA Office in ********** Nagar and found that I've to pay facilitation amount to almost all the clearks and peons through which my file will pass through. Following are people to whome I had to pay bribe to get my files process without delay.
1) A clerk ********** (he looks for registration of plot in Sector 4 of Extn Scheme) asked Rs 4000 to give me waiver of around 20,000 which LDA was giving those days on sewer and other development changes. I managed to pay only 2000 to him.
2) Peon of Public Relation Officer asked Rs 400 before PRO can sign documents in my file. PRO was Mr ******* , but I do not remember name of his peon.
3) Each of peon and clerk of LDA Adminstrative Officer asked Rs 100 to get my file signed by the officer.
4) A lady peon asked Rs 100 to enter my name and file number in a register. Somehow I manged not paying a single penny to this lady.
Apart from above corrupt official, I must say that there were few good people as well who did a lot of work in file processing without asking any facilitation amount.
