Bangalore BBMP Mahadevapura takes bribe to issue Khata certificate

Even though our apartment has all the documents. The bbmp
dilly dallied for 3 yrs in issuing Khata on some pretext or the other. finally they opened there mouth and openly told that all documents are in place and the only issue is the bribe. They need 8000 per apt to issue khata. The money for 76 such apt were paid to get khata. They are demanding the same for the other remaining 225 apt also. But some of us including, me who are against giving bribe, are not doing so. Just updating the bribe paid so far to BBMP officials in Mahadevapura for issuing Khata. The money is shared among all dept people right from Dt. Commn, to revenue inspector.
