I have a sanctioned plan to build my house for ground and first floor. My house construction has a plan deviation of about 20 to 25%. I am being asked for a bribe of 30,000 Rs. I still don't understand for what. I am a law abiding citizen and vow to pay tax to the government for every inch of house that I've constructed.
