BDA Commisioner takes Bribe of Rs 50Lakhs for Land allotment instead of merit selection

BDA Commissioner took a bribe of Rs.50lakhs through his friend a middle man for alloting land inspite of the candidates merit based selection process. This person is an IAS officer and still serving the govt in different departments.
