I and my friend were passing by in Motilal Nehru Park (Shahjahan Park) when a so called Head Constable stopped us and made us pay for being with my friend. He slapped me 4 times and asked for Rs 5000 and constantly threatened me to put in jail if I don't pay putting false charges. I gave him Rs 500
