BESCOM S1 OM3 AEE C.Lakshmikala Took a Bribe of Rs 3000 to break open the seal,
upon not paying which i was told that it could take me 3 more days for her to come by my place.
Considering there was an power outage & ours being a business unit. i was left helpless.
