Line Man, JE, till senior officers are involved in bribe.
Each house owner paying 50,000 as bribe to get permanent power connection to home.

Contractor trying to be mediator and negotiator who is collecting almost 20 lakhs from 25 houses to get 100 KW transformers.

Developer ran away with money without layout electrification and illegal office has been started in abandoned layout and with political support one office started, forcing resident to pay 50,000 from each house to get permanent meters for the house.
