I was a tourist at that particular time, was new to that place had been to visit Bijapur and other parts of the district particularly when i had been visited BHAALKI this incident happened to me, my vehicle was stopped as it was HR-Registrartion but i was having all the supportive documents, the PSI(Mr. Ramesh Naik) stopped me, and best part was the officer was influenced with alcohol while doing the duty and i was quetioned, and i was let out when i paid the sum of Rs. 10000,, this is the very sad part to a tourist and INDIAN Citizen. Please do the needfull.
