I am working in USA. I have plans to bring my wife and kids. My wife and kids doesn't have birth certificates to apply for passports. This is in 1999 and 2000. My co brother paid the bribe and got the birth certificates for both my kids.
Before that in 1998 to get a marriage certificate i was forced to pay Rs.5000/- in marriage registration office. Still i remember the person name and place. I went to office with my wife, father-in-law, another two witnesses along with my marriage photos. Still i was forced to pay the bribe.
