Black money to builder
Not sure whether this is bribe or not, but its sure black money. I paid INR 150,000/- to my builder to allot a covered parking slot for me, which according to a verdict of HC should be made available for free. The builder was not letting me the parking slot allotment until i pay the amount in cash, for which there was no receipt give.
